Technical Recruiter

IT Recruiter should achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers to determine right fit candidates. IT Recruiter should be knowledgeable of the IT environments as well as quickly ascertain knowledge of other advanced skill-sets.

Description:

  • Identify, screen and build lasting relationships with IT Consultants
  • Look for suitable positions for in-house consultants for various projects
  • Understand direct client requirements and recruit consultants as per
  • Perform in-depth interviews
  • Negotiate rates and contract terms
  • Walk consultants through the hiring process from screening call to contract completion
  • Utilize social media, networking, referrals, Boolean searches to build a pipeline of appropriate candidates
  • Follow standard, documented policies and procedures for all recruiting activity

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferable in Information Technology/ Human Resources
  • 2 -3 years experience in the technical recruiting/staffing
  • Ability to articulate necessary skills and negotiate rates in a friendly and professional manner
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required
