Roles & responsibility

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding on Microsoft Azure, Windows server, networks, servers, storage, applications, and services
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Server OS management / Client OS management
  • Basic understanding of Cloud Concepts
  • Basic understanding for Virtualization, Networking, Storage, backups
  • Handle day to day ticket management
  • Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.
  • Asking targeted questions to diagnose problems.
  • Identifying and using appropriate cloud services to support applications on the cloud.
  • Quick learner with passion to learn, remain current on industry trends and adapt to new technologies
  • Flexible, dependable, self – starter, and capable of quickly learning new products and technologies
  • Candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of computer systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
  • Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Well verse with MS Office
  • Good documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • E/BTech
  • Microsoft certifications if any.
