Managing and executing territory sales plan by contacting and selling into prospective accounts
Actively participate in team meetings and events and share your customer, product and sales knowledge
Managing and responding to the lead from lead channels like events, web leads, inbound phone leads, referrals etc. in your territory
Cold calling prospective lists of accounts who have been identified,or brought to the role, as potential targets; maintain adequate telephone and meeting volumes as defined by Sales Management.
Maintain and update sales progress reports and other administrative reporting mechanisms via Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Liaise effectively with internal departments (Product Development, Sales Support, and Marketing) to maximize sales opportunities and to keep up to date with existing and new services and marketing/sales campaigns
Strong understanding of competitor products and services
Occasional travel to customer sites may be required
Requirements
1 – 4 years’ experience selling IT services and solutions in technology or consulting industry
Bachelor’s degree with studies in Technology or comparable industry experience
Skilled at consultative and solution-based sales approach
Proven ability of effective prospecting techniques via social media, email and outbound calling along with other communication tools
Well organized and competent in strategic hunting, appointment setting and relationship management
A basic understanding of Cloud concepts like IaaS, SaaS and PaaS
Good Knowledge or understanding of Azure/AWS
Understanding of Microsoft stack/open stack
Proven track record of driving sales and closing deals
